In the heart of a vibrant, sun-drenched Majorca, this retreat is an invitation to recharge, restore your energy, and experience a deep sense of relaxation, movement, and reconnection with yourself.
A place designed for your relaxation
Hidden in the heart of Majorca’s pristine countryside, our retreat is an intimate sanctuary where nature, beauty, and tranquility meet. At the end of a winding dirt path, the finca reveals itself, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and overlooking the island’s golden hills. Here, everything invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
Designed as both a living space and a sanctuary, this haven celebrates abundance, creativity, and the art of taking your time. Every corner has been thoughtfully crafted, blending natural materials, treasures brought back from travels, and personal touches, giving the place a warm, inspiring, and deeply alive spirit.
At the heart of the finca, the saltwater infinity pool stretches toward the valley, offering a spectacular view of nature. Several peaceful spots are scattered throughout the property to enjoy the sun, the silence, or a moment of solitude, while two open terraces invite you to sit, read, contemplate… or simply savor the serenity of the surroundings.
Yoga Classes
The yoga classes are thoughtfully scheduled over the five days and are led by Lisa.
Classes are accessible to all levels and tailored to each participant’s energy and experience:
Modifications are offered to simplify poses, while variations allow you to go deeper; everyone works at their own pace and energy level.
We will take the time to break down postures and include short pauses.
Partner work will be incorporated regularly to explore anatomy and increase body awareness.
Students are encouraged to challenge themselves, but each person is free to choose the intensity of their practice.
Lisa’s classes are an invitation to cultivate inner peace, strength, and flexibility of both body and mind.
Workshops
Hip Opening
Hips, often neglected in our sedentary daily lives, can become tight and tense, leading to physical and emotional discomfort. This workshop is designed to help release accumulated tension, improve hip flexibility and mobility, and promote a general sense of well-being.
Partner Yoga
In this workshop, we will work in pairs. Using your partner’s weight, you’ll go deeper into poses, as if receiving constant adjustments. By stretching your trust and enhancing communication, we will primarily use non-verbal cues to deepen body awareness.
Inversions
Inversions are a category of asanas that place your head below your heart, effectively inverting the body. Many yogis feel apprehensive when asked to turn upside down. In this workshop, we will break down the postures from the ground up to understand their foundations. The session is designed to gradually build confidence and prepare your body step by step. Partner work, wall support, and props will also be incorporated.
Acro Yoga
Acro Yoga combines yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage to cultivate trust, strength, and connection. This playful and therapeutic form of yoga helps overcome fears, strengthen and stretch the body, all within a safe and supportive environment.

Between yoga sessions, time by the infinity pool, meals inspired by the garden, and scattered resting spots throughout the property, you can choose to fully immerse yourself in the serenity of the place… or opt for additional activities, according to your desires.

Nina is a passionate chef from Amsterdam, whose love for fresh, local ingredients is fully expressed in this space. Trained in the heart of Amsterdam’s vibrant culinary scene, she honed her skills working in restaurants, developing a deep sensitivity to seasonal cuisine and the art of flavor.
She has also shared her expertise through magazines, offering recipes and tips that reflect her creativity and commitment to quality ingredients.
Today, fully devoted to the family venture, Nina creates menus inspired by the bounty of the earth, with a particular focus on vegetarian cuisine, vegetables, and flavors from around the world. She celebrates vibrant colors, bold tastes, and varied textures.
For Nina, every meal begins with the finest ingredients — the freshest, most authentic produce. Her joy lies in transforming them into nourishing, generous, and memorable experiences for each of her guests.
Balanced Nutrition
All meals are entirely vegetarian and prepared with love. Nina’s culinary philosophy is clear: healthy, indulgent, creative, and colorful. Each dish celebrates raw, fresh, seasonal ingredients, carefully selected, unprocessed, and free from preservatives or additives.
Every day, Nina draws inspiration from the garden. Menus follow the season’s offerings: ten garden beds overflow with an incredible variety of herbs and vegetables, and the garden is surrounded by sixty different fruit trees, providing a natural abundance reflected in every plate.
Nina transforms these ingredients into nourishing and memorable culinary experiences, where each meal becomes a moment of pleasure and sharing, perfectly in tune with the energy of the retreat.

Our retreat is located less than 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca Airport.
A taxi service will be available to take you from the airport to the retreat.
You will also be connected with the other participants so you can organize transportation together, whether by renting a vehicle or sharing a taxi.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM on the first day.
The retreat will conclude after brunch on the last day.
Rooms and the house must be vacated by 11:00 AM.
